Services for Ruthie Mae Kenney Scroggins will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Greater Providence Baptist Church, 412 Commerce St. Marlin, Texas with Pastor F. A. Green Sr., Officiating. Burial will follow at Washington Cemetery in Marlin. Visitation will be on Friday, July 27, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
